VistaDB Software, Inc. Refund Policy

 

 

Subscription and Support Fees:

Annual subscription fees (including renewal) are services and as such are not refundable.

Fraud:

If you have been the victim of credit card fraud please notify us immediately.  We will work with your bank to ensure you are not charged for fraudulent charges and prosecute the party responsible.  Please do not charge back the fraudulent charge without contacting us (chargeback fees are quite high), we will assist you in the fraud process.

Order Fees:

If you do not agree to the terms of the End User License Agreement you may return the software within 30 days for a full refund as long as the software has not been installed on any machine and the software license key not activated. 

After the software key has been activated the key may not be refunded.
