Build #68, 10/13/2008

Minor maintenance update to the Build 67.  No engine changes, just cosmetic corrections to the setup scripts and configuration apps.

Setup on Windows 2000 - The setup app was preventing installation on Windows 2000.  We don't have any problems running on Windows 2000 (Although I think you need SP3 to get the Windows Installer 3 updates).  We have modified the setup to allow setup on Windows 2000.

License Manager UAC on Windows Vista - The License Manager requires admin priv level to run on Vista.  We added a manifest to properly notify the user if they launch it from the start menu.  Before the user would see an error on the copy permission failure.

VistaDB.Web.dll failed on Medium Trust - The web dll was not properly flagged for medium trust.  This has been fixed (there are no code changes, just the attributes on the assembly).
