Support Plans

30-Days of Free Support

Free electronic support is provided to all registered users for 30 days upon purchase of VistaDB. This Standard Support Plan allows users to get help with up to three (3) incidents during this 30-day period. Registered users may contact VistaDB Software technical support staff by forum, live chat or fogbugz ticketing system and receive technical support on issues. The Standard Support Plan includes the following:

  • 30 days of free technical support
  • Up to 3 incidents during this period
  • Response within 1-2 business days
  • Technical support is provided by VistaDB Software staff

This plan is no obsolete since we no longer offer plans without a subscription. All users without a subscription have no further updates or support unless upgraded to a support plan.

VistaDB Subscription Support

The VistaDB Subscription plan is designed for developers that want a way to predict their costs annually, and receive all the latest builds and engines / add ons as they become available. Subscribers receive all updates for free during their subscription. This includes things like the LINQ provider and other add on products (except the VistaDB Server) for free.

The Subscription Support plan includes the following:

  • Unlimited priority electronic support ($499 Value)
  • Support Issues are considered open until a resolution is found
  • Access to Development Versions and patches
  • Access to older versions through our archive system
  • Access to subscriber only forums (soon)
  • Any new engines or add-ons to the product are included free (with the exception of the VistaDB Server which is a separate product)
  • Licensed per developer
